Patient Information and Care at the Newcastle Clinic!

The Newcastle Clinic and its staff will show total consideration to all of your patients and clients that visit our clinic irrespective of age, gender and ethnic origin.

We understand that the individual needs of people can differ, as can their back grounds, ethnic origins and beliefs.

If you think any of your patients will require specific considerations then simply let us know in advance and we will take care of the rest. This can include preferences to see a male or female consultant, having the need to be chaperoned by someone of the same sex or perhaps your patients require more detailed information about our MRI scanner or Xray machine.

Patients need to observe a number of requirements.

Please Do Not Smoke Inside the Clinic

123We have a Public No Smoking building and require everyone to adhere to this.

As your visit may be one that creates stress and can bring about the need to smoke, please do so outside the building and simply indicate to our staff where you will be so we can find you when needed.

Newcastle Clinic has available a Chaperone Service

123If you require the presence of a same sex observer during any of your visits and examinations, please let us know in advance so we can arrange the necessary staff cover.

Please turn off Mobile Telephone

123Mobile phones must be turned off when you enter the building.

To ensure that mobile phones do not in any way interfere with any of our equipment in use, we would be grateful if you could turn off your mobile telephones whilst inside the building.

Complimentary Drinks & Sky TV

123We are happy to provide free tea, coffee and water through a vending machine located in our reception. All drinks are to be consumed seated in reception.
