The Image Intensifier is a Phillips BV Libra model. Also known as the C -Arm due to its C shape, it is used during live procedures to enhance and pin point areas of the body on which the treatment is to be administered.

Nerve Root Blocks and Facet Joint Injections are pain relief injections and the kind of procedures carried out on our Image Intensifier.

Image Intensification is a non-invasive procedure and is therefore used by patients as an alternative to surgery. It can be used when the patient is not suitable for or too high a risk for surgery. It can also be used by patients prior to surgery to provide pain relief.
